At CANADA INC., we are seeking a skilled Painter - Surface Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our painting crew, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, including repairing cracks and holes, and applying wallpaper and other materials to walls. Your expertise in surface preparation will ensure a smooth and even finish, while your attention to detail will guarantee a high-quality finish that meets our company's standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding and cleaning
  • Repairing cracks and holes in walls and ceilings
  • Applying wallpaper and other materials to walls
  • Measuring and cutting wallpaper and other materials to fit walls
  • Ensuring a smooth and even finish

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in painting and surface preparation. If you have experience working with airless spray equipment, brush painting, and conventional spray painting, we want to hear from you. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and will be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and surface preparation
  • Strong background in painting and surface preparation
  • Experience working with airless spray equipment, brush painting, and conventional spray painting
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Paramedical services coverage and permanent employment
