Bawa Property Management Inc. is seeking a skilled Painter - Surface Preparation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, repairing cracks and holes, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials for painting projects
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various locations

Requirements:

  • 1-6 months of experience in painting and surface preparation
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in various locations
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between colors
