About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our North York - Maginn Mews clinic, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting our doctor-led approach to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to patients, ensuring a positive first impression of our clinic
  • Efficiently manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring seamless communication and timely processing of appointments and billing
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Process billing and payments, as well as manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and other administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Administer pre-testing services, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and supportive work environment, upholding FYidoctors' values and commitment to excellence
Requirements
  • Previous customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail or healthcare environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology and systems quickly
  • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to FYidoctors' values and mission
