About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate and that products are cost-effective.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in accounting software, electronic cash registers, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, large workload, overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
Working Conditions

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
