Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at ALDRED RESTAURANTS LTD dba McDonalds Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of more than 20 people, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, including managing budgets, inventory, and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients as needed.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability and growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment:
