We are looking for a Process Owner who’ll be tasked with helping us define and prioritize business process defects and improvements initiatives.

As part of your role, you’ll be the point of contact between our Centre of Excellence and technical teams, thus ensuring that business requirements and improvements are properly communicated, understood and pre-established goals achieved.

You’ll also be collaborating with stakeholders, to properly prioritize and guide the development process to achieve the business vision.

A strong analytical and change management mindset will be critical to assess impact. implement, optimize and improve business processes, thus ensuring sustainability over time.

An in-depth experience and knowledge of business area and best practices is required

**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
**Take ownership and contribute to process improvements**:
Gain business ecosystem knowledge linked to deployed processes/features.

Log, prioritize and manage priorities of issues and defects resolution.

Prioritize and maintain the list of improvements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements.

Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives with a focus on user needs and business value.

Support processes design mapping & impacts analysis.

Work closely with COE and development teams, providing guidance and clarifications, and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Ensure the deliverables meet quality standards and fulfills the specified requirements.

**Document / Train / Support**:
Communicate process updates, ensuring training documents and processes design mapping are updated.

Support end-users’ questions or concerns.

**Innovate**:
Bring best practices to gain efficiency, improve value and lean processes by suggesting improvements and updating processes.

Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and keep an eye out on trends and new features for proposing initiatives.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business intelligence or in information technology.

Holds from 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar discipline. Experience in business analysis, process improvements, project management are a plus.

Strong interest and curiosity for technology-based solutions and knowledge of MM/PP SAP/S4/Hana and IBP are highly valuable assets.

Leadership skills and ability to influence, inspire and encourage colleagues and rally others towards a common goal.

Team player with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate messages to various audiences.

Embrace change and ability to role-model desired to-be behaviors.

Strong analytical, information processing and problem-solving skills.

Ability to plan tactics, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen.

**Bilingualism both oral and written (French and English)**: The person will be required to communicate frequently with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers.
