About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at Chappelle Kitchen And Catering. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare a wide variety of dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-organized.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as providing guidance on kitchen operations and procedures.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Leadership and Management: Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that all kitchen procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
