Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
