We're seeking a skilled Mortgage Administrator Specialist to join our Client Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our mortgage funding programs.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results. As a Mortgage Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and administration of our mortgage funding programs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all program guidelines and policies are adhered to, while also providing excellent customer service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Administrator Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the activities of our Client Operations Team to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage funding programs;
- Monitoring business activity and conducting analyses to identify issues, solutions, and efficiencies;
- Processing and administering mortgage applications, commitments, and payment requisitions;
- Validating and ensuring accuracy of data inputted into our systems;
- Communicating and negotiating with clients and third-party providers to obtain and provide information;
- Liaising with business lines to collect and disseminate critical information that drives business outcomes and project deliverables;
- Supporting functional teams in reporting activities;
- Ensuring all documentation is in place in accordance with business requirements and managing such documentation to support business outcomes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A post-secondary education or equivalent amount of education and experience in business or public administration;
- A minimum of one year of prior relevant experience in securitization or mortgage underwriting;
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and take initiative;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the application of sound judgment and the ability to escalate appropriately;
- Oral and written communication skills, including the ability to persuade others;
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Language Skill Level
We prefer candidates with a high level of proficiency in English (Read/Write/Speak). However, other language proficiency levels may be considered based on business needs.
