Heavy Duty Truck Technician

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Truck Technician to join our team at Bayview Trucks in Moncton. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
About the Role- You will work with our experienced technicians to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to continue your training and development in the latest technologies and techniques.
- Repair and Diagnosis: Use your skills and experience to diagnose and repair complex issues with medium and heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Maintenance Services: Perform routine maintenance services to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of our vehicles.
- Documentation: Accurately document all repairs and maintenance activities in our system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and efficient completion of tasks.
- Certification: Completion of a College certification for Truck & Transport or Heavy Equipment Service Technician (minimum Block 3 completion).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a service environment.
- Safety: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., and adherence to provincial workplace health & safety standards.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
