Job Title: Administrative Officer - Synergy Rehab

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Synergy Rehab. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
