**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate major projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Supervise and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development and construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
  • Fluency in English and French.
