Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Professional to oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely ordering and restocking.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions to kitchen operations.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, requiring attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 45 hours per week
