We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Rosel's Inc. as a Kitchen Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating special events, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
Key Responsibilities- Event Coordination: Coordinate special events, including planning menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring timely execution.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for events.
- Culinary Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Food Safety and Quality: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
