Job Summary:

Ecolab's Global Food Retail Services team is seeking a Territory Representative to deliver a comprehensive cleaning and food safety program for the food retail industry. As a Territory Representative, you will partner with customers to identify food safety risks and help prevent the spread of foodborne illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales and retain existing customers by providing service excellence
  • Gain new sales through new products and new customers
  • Provide customers with training on food safety and sanitation through high-quality surveys and audits

Position Details:

This is a field-based position that requires travel to various locations, including Manitoba, Northwestern Ontario, and surrounding areas. Applicants must live in Winnipeg or close surrounding areas. Overnight travel is approximately 25% per month, and weekend rotation is based on customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1-2 years of food industry experience; new graduates welcome
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Availability to provide emergency call assistance, which may occur at night, on weekends, and over holidays
  • Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
  • No Immigration Sponsorship available
  • Proof of Covid-19 vaccination may be required based on client site requirements

Physical Demands:

Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly
