About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO-CANADA(A&W). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
