About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at PETRO-CANADA(A&W). As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Lead a Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Sales and Profitability: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure that the store is well-stocked and that inventory is turned over efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of the store, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations, to ensure that the store remains in good condition.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other data to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
