Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at BAWA CONSTRUCTION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and train or arrange for training.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials, and requisition materials and supplies.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills are required to effectively communicate with clients, workers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
