Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Bawa Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned construction professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including budgets, timelines, and quality control metrics.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential construction management.
  • College diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
