Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

Bawa Construction Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to oversee the construction process, ensure timely completion, and maintain high-quality standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with contractors and staff, and possess a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Recruit and hire skilled workers, and oversee their training and development.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including cost estimates and material requisitions.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in residential construction, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, staff, and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
