Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated full-time Dealer Representatives (DRs) to join our team. The DRs will be responsible for managing client relationships, executing trades, and promoting our real estate investment products.

The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the necessary certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company that values transparency, investor interests, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Our Real Estate Investment Representatives will:

  • Promote Goodland Equity Partners' real estate investment products to prospective clients.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential investors to explain product offerings and benefits.
Client Relationship Management

Our representatives will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service. They will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on their investments.

Trade Execution

They will process and execute trades accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. They will maintain detailed records of all transactions and client interactions.

Regulatory Compliance

Our representatives must ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies. They will stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.

Product Knowledge

They will develop a deep understanding of the company's investment products and the exempt market. They will continuously update knowledge on market trends and investment opportunities.

Documentation and Reporting

They will prepare and review client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness. They will generate and provide regular reports on client portfolios and performance metrics.

Team Collaboration

Our representatives will work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives. They will participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Professional Development

They will engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. They will obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses, including CSC or EMP.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$300,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling, paid time off, and bonus pay opportunities.

This is a full-time position working 8 hour shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required. A commercial real estate sales background is preferred, but not required.

This role is based in Toronto, ON M4R 1K8, with hybrid remote work options available.
