About the Role
Bruker, a leading analytical instrumentation company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date service dispatch calendars in our CRM system, ensuring timely case closure and effective communication with customers.
- Monitor service reports and ensure document completeness, including the attachment of electronic copies of signed customer acceptance documents.
- Communicate with customers to confirm assigned engineers and tentative schedules, as well as spare part delivery.
- Oversee the maintenance of local part depots and spare part shipping.
- Manage the part return process and related documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume scheduling and project management administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SalesForce CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers at varying levels of technical expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure, in a team-oriented environment, with frequent changes in deadlines and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to create and drive process improvement, influencing teams to adopt new practices.
