Role Overview

The Senior Program Director, Luxury Automotive and Motorcycles Division will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our National Collector Cars and Motorcycles Sales and Service department.

This position requires a seasoned leader with exceptional strategic thinking, effective communication skills, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that align with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Department Management: Lead the National Collector Cars and Motorcycles Sales and Service department, focusing on efficient operation, target setting, and performance analysis.
  • Client Retention and Growth: Develop and execute plans to retain existing clients while growing the client base through innovative sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes to ensure team members meet their targets, achieve organizational growth, and maintain acceptable service levels.
  • Operational Standards: Maintain high operational standards, customer service policies, programs, and procedures within the call centre.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree in business or a related field; or equivalent insurance designation (CAIB, CIB, CIP, FCIP, or CPIB).
  • Licenses and Certifications: RIBO license required (AMF or other National Licensing considered an asset).
  • Experience: Minimum four years of supervisory experience, with at least three years in the property and casualty Leisure and Lifestyle industry specializing in Collector Cars and Motorcycle insurance.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, time management, project management, and organizational skills.
