Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the company's needs are met.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and notify applicants of results of the selection process.
  • Staff Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to meet the company's needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The work language is English.
