Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Employment Advice: Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Recruitment: Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and coordinate the recruitment process.
  • Communication: Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
