Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Staffing Officer to join our team at Swis Recruitment & Employment Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Collect and screen applicants to find the best fit for our company.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories to ensure a diverse and talented pool of applicants.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assess their skills.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to expand our talent pool.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the company's needs.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
