Job Summary

As a Staffing Officer, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
  • Applicant Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Employment Requirements: Advise job applicants on employment requirements, terms, and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Communication: Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to meet the company's staffing needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
