Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Fraser Plastics Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff as needed
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical ability to handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
