Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Lot Assistant to join our team. As a Lot Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle inventory management process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring vehicles are ready for auction and in working order.
  • Accurately recording services provided to ensure accurate billing.
  • Preparing vehicles for reconditioning shops or transportation.
  • Photographing vehicles post-reconditioning services.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal departments and customers.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license with a minimum full Class 5 License.
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Experience working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks.
  • Licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs.
