About the Role:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of vehicles through our remarketing system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate and timely preparation for auction and reconditioning.
  • Accurately record services provided, including fuel, towing, and other expenses, to ensure accurate billing.
  • Prepare vehicles for movement through our system, including staging for reconditioning shops or transportation.
  • Photograph vehicles post-reconditioning services to maintain a high-quality inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers or internal departments in retrieving their vehicles.
  • Assist with vehicle stock in and check out processes.
  • Operate vehicles in various weather conditions, including manual snow removal as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's license with a minimum full Class 5 License.
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Experience working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks.
  • Licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs.
