About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Lot Assistant to join our team. As a Lot Assistant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our vehicles are ready for auction, accurately recording services provided, and preparing vehicles for reconditioning shops or transportation. Your strong customer service and communication skills will be essential in assisting customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vehicles are ready for auction and in working order.
  • Accurately record services provided to ensure accurate billing.
  • Prepare vehicles for reconditioning shops or transportation.
  • Photograph vehicles post-reconditioning services.
  • Provide customer service by assisting customers or internal departments.
  • Assist with vehicle stock in and check out process.
  • Operate vehicles under various weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Drivers' license (minimum full Class 5 License required).
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions.
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills.
  • Experience working outside in all weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualified or experienced in operating plow trucks, bobcats, loaders, and/or tow trucks.
  • Licensed to operate motorcycles or ATVs.
