We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Cargo Agent to join our team at Services Aériens LUX inc.
Job SummaryThe Air Cargo Agent will be responsible for ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of cargo and passenger baggage, as well as resolving any delivery or supplier-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Load and unload cargo and passenger baggage in a safe and efficient manner.
- Resolve delivery and supplier-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate heavy equipment and automated or computerized control systems as required.
- Monitor and track cargo and passenger baggage using monitoring and tracking software.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.

The Air Cargo Agent will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of activity and noise. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
