About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Air Cargo Agent at Services Aériens LUX inc. This is a temporary full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load Planning and Management
    • Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments to ensure safe and efficient cargo transport.
    • Unload, sort, and route cargo and passenger baggage with precision and speed.
    • Transport freight between aircraft and airport warehouse, adhering to strict timelines and protocols.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
    • Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
    • Contact clients and suppliers to address concerns and provide solutions.
    • Consult with clients after sale to offer ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless cargo handling and transportation.
    • Load cargo and passenger baggage efficiently, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Utilize monitoring and tracking software to optimize cargo management and reduce errors.
  • Work Environment and Requirements
    • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
    • Hold a valid driver's license and be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
