Job Title: Air Cargo Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Cargo Agent to join our team at Services Aériens LUX inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate load weights for aircraft compartments to ensure safe and efficient transportation of cargo.
  • Unload, sort, and route cargo and passenger baggage with precision and accuracy.
  • Transport freight between aircraft and airport warehouse, ensuring timely delivery and minimal delays.
  • Resolve delivery and other problems with suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate heavy equipment and automated or computerized control systems with confidence and skill.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Load cargo and passenger baggage efficiently, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy equipment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of monitoring and tracking software.
