About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Cargo Agent to join our team at Services Aériens LUX inc. As an Air Cargo Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cargo handling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load Planning and Management: Plan and coordinate the loading of cargo and passenger baggage onto aircraft, ensuring efficient use of space and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Cargo Handling and Processing: Unload, sort, and route cargo and passenger baggage, utilizing manual and automated systems as required.
  • Freight Transportation and Delivery: Transport freight between aircraft and airport warehouse, ensuring timely and secure delivery to customers.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to cargo delivery or other services.
  • Operational Logistics and Planning: Assist in planning and overseeing the operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating with suppliers and other stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in monitoring and tracking software, as well as the ability to operate automated or computerized control systems.
  • Transportation and Travel Information: Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and in a physically demanding environment.
