Drive Loss Prevention and Compliance


As an Asset Protection Investigator at Hudson's Bay, you will lead the way in maintaining a secure and compliant environment. Your expertise in loss prevention and risk management will be instrumental in identifying and addressing operational deficiencies, ensuring that our stores and corporate objectives are met.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and execute asset protection initiatives in accordance with Company standards
  • Utilize effective communication systems to promote asset protection strategies
  • Conduct thorough store audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Detect and apprehend shoplifters, documenting all incidents
  • Implement asset protection procedures to minimize shortage and optimize inventory management
  • Develop innovative solutions to everyday challenges
  • Foster a proactive approach to identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement
  • Possess a can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence

Requirements:



  • Possess a valid region/market-specific security license
  • Familiarity with retail procedures and legal processes is an asset
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends

Compensation:


Starting wage: $18.75 (subject to local Collective Bargaining Agreement)
