Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our team at Nan's Country Store. This role will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, assigning tasks, and teaching interest or professional development courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Teach interest or professional development courses
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in a sales or management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Client focus and initiative
- Organized and team player
