Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI is seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our taxi and limousine services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
  • Dispatch and Monitor: Coordinate the movement of vehicles and drivers to meet customer demands.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors.
