Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

WAIVIN FLAGS TAXI is seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our taxi and limousine services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions, and participate in training and development programs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, and ensure that customer needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, with occasional work under pressure.
