Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation fleet, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our drivers and passengers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our drivers and dispatchers to ensure timely and safe transportation of passengers.
  • Dispatch and Route Planning: Plan and dispatch routes for our drivers, ensuring optimal use of resources and minimizing delays.
  • Driver Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols, and investigate any incidents or accidents.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate records of transportation operations, including driver performance and vehicle maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in transportation or a related field.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors.
