Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
  • Dispatch and Route Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including dispatching bus drivers and monitoring routes.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and records, including production and other reports.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure drivers and staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including conducting regular safety checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence (ambulances, emergency vehicles, and buses with fewer than 24 passengers).
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, with occasional work in an office setting.
