Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Deserving Health International Corp.

Job Summary

The User Support Technician will provide technical assistance and support to employees, ensuring they have access to the necessary computer networks and systems to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer-related issues
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and software
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
