Job Title: Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Elte. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, product updates, and showroom visits
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage client portfolios, track opportunities, and analyze sales performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cross-divisional sales and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Participate in quarterly and annual reviews of account performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in luxury home furnishings sales and account management
  • Experience with relationship-based selling, CRM tools, and structured account management processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate a structured account management process
  • Comfort visiting clients on-site and engaging in proactive office visits
  • Ability to manage key client accounts, engage across multiple categories, and collaborate with internal teams
