About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our Mobility Global Business Area, you will be responsible for leading and managing risk, and contributing to the overall success of our Mobility practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective risk management processes to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Provide risk management services to clients, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Produce regular risk reports and updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of risk management with other project management disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain risk management service capability, including risk analyses, quality assurance, and report writing.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of experience working on large construction infrastructure projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing positions with strong client/stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management, change control, planning, and scheduling, cost and commercial management, and reporting.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and flexible, with the ability to tackle new projects and challenges daily.
  • Health, safety, and quality focused.
  • Collaborative working style and consulting approach to clients.
  • A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues to coordinate multi-faceted aspects of projects.
  • Awareness of Value Management processes and techniques.
