About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive risk management strategies, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Analyze client accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and developing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including account executives and underwriters, to ensure seamless client service and effective risk management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and new product developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Private Client account management, preferably in a brokerage environment.
  • Level 2 BC license in good standing.
  • Pursuing or willingness to pursue relevant insurance certifications or education (i.e. CIP, CAIB, CRM, etc).
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in EPIC and other industry software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
