Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at HEPHAESTUS HOMES LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our customer service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of customer service representatives, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare production and other reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train new customer service representatives to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate costs and materials required for customer service operations.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the workplace.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors and noisy, with a construction setting.
