About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at Dulux / Betonel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Advise and serve the needs of customers, including assessing their needs and proposing solutions for paint and supply products.
- Suggest and advise additional products, such as brushes and rollers, to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Work in a retail store environment safely, ensuring that the store is clean and well-stocked, and that all products are properly displayed and maintained.
- Lift, move, and stock store product while following safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturday and overtime.
- Computer and internet applications.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
