Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

Rogers Communications, Inc. is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping our business clients achieve their goals by designing and implementing innovative network solutions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide pre-sales technical advisory services to our sales channels, focusing on medium, large enterprise, and public sector clients.
  • Interface with key decision-makers, including IT staff and CIOs, to understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product sets and provide feedback on their evolution.
  • Assume lead roles in responding to RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Network Planning, Product Design, and Service Delivery, to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Requirements:



  • University degree or technical diploma in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a telecommunication service provider or IT services organization.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of network infrastructure design, voice solutions, and Microsoft 365 tools and services.
  • Experience with cloud environments, managed WAN and SDWAN networks, and solution positioning.
  • Excellent business and technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Active industry-related credentials, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, are an asset.
