We're seeking a skilled Enterprise Sales Consultant to join our team. As one of Canada's largest insurance providers, we offer unparalleled opportunities for growth and success.

About the Role:
  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold.
  • Work and life balance with flexibility to create your own schedule to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consistently generate quality new business by networking and building Centers of Influence to ensure a consistent stream of referral business.
  • Promote retention by building strong relationships and providing quality advice to prospects and customers for long-term sustainable growth.
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention targets.
  • Collaborate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met.
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation.
  • You are a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers.
  • The ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity.
  • General & Property & Casual Level 1 License and insurance industry knowledge is an asset - if unlicensed, we would train the right candidate and licensing would need to be obtained within three months.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Remote options available across Saskatoon.
