We are seeking a reliable and skilled Labourer to join our team in the Conservatory department. As a Labourer, you will be responsible for performing manual labouring duties as assigned, including handling bedding out plants and operating hand-held tools and equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing manual labouring duties as assigned
  • Handling bedding out plants
  • Operating hand-held tools and equipment
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
  • Following instructions and health and safety protocols

Requirements include:

  • Two years of proven greenhouse experience
  • Ability to perform manual labouring duties
  • Valid Class "G" Ontario Driver's Licence or equivalent
  • Successful driver's record (uncertified)
  • Work fitness test and Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC)
